Randy Dyck (Manager Facilities/Quality/Special Projects)
Randy has been with Haul-All for 10 years, but has 43 years in the Quality and Customer Service Industry. Randy covers numerous roles within Haul-All, from the service side of things his role is to make sure your vehicle is booked in and leaves the facility with the customer totally satisfied.

Andrew Fraser (Engineering Manager)
Andrew Fraser joined the company in June 2023, bringing with him a decade of previous manufacturing experience. He grew up watching How It’s Made, and is passionate design, manufacturing, and understanding how our modern world is made. He’s happy to be with a company with a long history of producing high quality products, and is excited to help drive continuous improvement of those products for years to come.
Brent Cummins (Vice President Sales)
Brent Cummins heads up our Haul All Sales Division and provides the vision/ leadership to sales Service team. Brent has been involved in the waste industry for 24 years and Haul-All for 14 years; he has been instrumental in many major waste implementation projects over the years. Brent’s willingness to understand the projects outcome allows him to lead our team successfully. His on the ground, think outside the box management style is what has earned him the respect of his peers in the industry. Brent holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the (Dillion School of Business) formally the University of Lethbridge.
Ben Anderson (Production Design Technologist)
Ben has been with Haul-All for over 10 years now, known to be a tinkerer from his youth and raised on a large farm. A designer and Mechanical Engineer Technologist graduate with over 18 years of mechanical design across a broad range of industries. As well as the designing side of things, Ben provides support to parts and service, for those more complicated configured parts orders.
Tony Theriau (Chassis Specialist)
Tony started his career with then Neufeldt Industries (Haul-All) way back in 1981, starting in the fabrication shop, over the last 43 years Tony has worked on Chassis, bodies, wiring, hydraulics and was pivotal in our dual steering design. Tony for the last number of years has been heavily involved in incorporating and handling the check out and trouble shooting side of things. Tony is an oracle on nearly every truck that has gone into service.

Seamus McMahon (Junior Engineer)
Joined the Engineering Department at Haul-All Equipment Systems in January 2024. Responsible for conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions, while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, reliable products to our customers. Regularly troubleshoot and debug product issues to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Jorge Roman (Truck Assembly Supervisor)
Mike Caswell (Purchasing)
Mike has a long history with Haul-All, starting his career in 1992. Mike has progressed through many departments, starting in the body assembly, through to our purchasing department. Mike has a deep knowledge of our product range, from time to time you will have the pleasure of talking to Mike, as he also covers the Parts and Service manager.
Carissa Shaw (Accounting Assistant)
Carissa began her journey with the company in 2015 as a receptionist and has since grown into her current role as an Accounting Assistant. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to support nearly every department, gaining a broad knowledge of the business and a strong appreciation for teamwork.
Ian Shipman (Parts & Service Manager)
Ian has been with Haul-All for 2 years now, hailing from England, Ian has held previous roles in Management from Distribution through to Continual Improvement. First Port of Call for any parts and service needs.
