At the heart of the HyPak's efficiency is the DAC™ (Double-Action Compaction) system, which utilizes a packing panel that moves through a forward-and-return cycle. This design not only eliminates wasted strokes but also maximizes compaction, ensuring that every inch of space is utilized effectively.

The HyPak's design is meticulously crafted to optimize the bucket hopper and body volume, reducing the cab-to-axle length and turning radius. This results in a more agile and efficient unit, capable of navigating tight spaces while providing significant payload capacity.

Constructed to withstand the rigors of waste collection, the HyPak features a unique panel design that enhances material flow during compaction, achieving higher payloads. Its high-wear parts are treated with a liquid and powder paint process for a durable finish. With a body capacity of 25 cubic yards and a recommended GVWR of 32,000 lbs, the HyPak is built for heavy-duty use. The hopper volume of 3.7 cubic yards and a loading height of just 36 inches streamline operations, complemented by a powerful packing force of 30,000 ft-lbs and a rapid cycle time of 30 seconds.
